The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service.The purpose of this application is to check orders and their details and delivery that order to customers locations. Location is needed for administration purpose to tracking driver location and also to fetch the nearest driver and assign customer order to drivers. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. We are collecting the driver location for tracking purpose even when the app is closed or not in use. we are collection the driver location so that the user can track him and for assigning the nearest order to him.

Saddayar App collects User's information e.g. Names, Email, Phone Number and Address. User's information is collected during the app's registration process or while you place an order. It is collected for registering a user and for sending email and address is taken to deliver your order , or do reach at users address to do services. User's information will only be used within the app and will not be shared with third parties without user consent.

User's information will be securely stored and protected from unauthorized access. Collected data will be used to provide app functionalities and enhance the user experience. User's information will be retained within the app.

We will require user's realtime location as to keep it updated in our database for logics based upon location. We use location to assign order to the nearest driver available to user and to show realtime location of driver to the saddayar user.
